You'll guide them with compassion, educate them on their options, and help them feel confident. Your key responsibilities will include: * Answer inbound calls with empathy, professionalism, and clarity. * Understand families' needs and explain service options clearly. * Guide leads through a structured sales process with care and follow-up. * Maintain contact via calls, texts, and emails to support decision-making. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service handoffs. * Track and update lead progress in internal systems and CRM tools. * Participate in regular team check-ins and share feedback. * Stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, remote environment. **What We're Looking For** We're looking for motivated, compassionate sales professionals with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have: * 2+ years of experience in consumer sales. (Required) * Fluency in English (spoken and written). (Required) * A stable internet connection and a reliable computer setup.
