As a key member of our team, the Customer Success Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the continued success of our highest volume restaurant partners. This is a remote position that requires a customer-centric approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for driving growth and retention. **Position Summary:** As a Customer Success Specialist, you will work closely with our restaurant partners to regularly review, retain, and optimize their service with Menufy by arenaflex. Your primary focus will be on customer outreach, retention, new product/service awareness, and order improvement coaching. You will also be responsible for assessing customer needs, providing expertise and knowledge on product features, and consulting on available options. **Essential Responsibilities and Duties:** * Assess customer needs, provide expertise and knowledge on product features, and provide consulting services regarding available options * Design and implement customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business * Recover, optimize, maintain, and protect our customers' information on search engines and Google Business Profiles * Communicate with other organizations like Google Support to assist our customers' needs * Schedule and conduct performance briefings with customers and work to find solutions for potential inquiries * Maintain the highest level of knowledge about our competitors * Review customer's business settings and modify them as needed to optimize the success of the customer **Qualifications:** * Education: + High School Diploma or equivalent * Experience: + Minimum of 2-year industry or related experience required + Minimum of 3-year customer service experience required + 1+ years of restaurant experience preferred + Fluent in Spanish + Fluent in English **Additional Information:** * This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States, without sponsorship, either now or in the future. * At this time, and in the foreseeable future, arenaflex is not able to support assistance with additional visa sponsorship, regarding this specific position. **Work Environment and Company Culture:** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
