Our Airport Customer Service (ACS) and Cargo (CGO) teams play a vital role in making this happen, and we're seeking highly motivated undergraduate students to join our Co-Op Program. **Overview and Key Responsibilities** As a Co-Op with arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing world-class service to our customers. You'll work closely with airport operations professionals to analyze and measure operational performance, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: * Analyzing and measuring operational performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities * Applying project management principles to support and lead initiatives * Working cross-functionally with stakeholders across business units in a professional, fast-paced environment * Providing process engineering and internal consulting services to enhance operational efficiency * Participating in data collection and analysis for projects impacting multiple departments * Identifying and implementing process improvements to boost productivity and customer satisfaction * Recommending innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience and evaluating the impact of proposed changes You'll be placed in one of our two teams: * Airport Customer Service (ACS) * Cargo (CGO) **Program Structure** This is a three-semester alternating Co-Op program, with students completing all rotations before graduation. The program structure is as follows: * Summer 2026 * Spring 2027 * Fall 2027 Please note that students must not take academic classes during Co-Op semesters. Please confirm with your university and academic advisor that this schedule aligns with your curriculum. **What You Need to Succeed** To be considered for this Co-Op opportunity, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Aviation Management, or a related field * Must be enrolled in a 4-year degree program and available for three alternating semesters * Strong communication skills and ability to present professionally to all levels of leadership * Demonstrated teamwork and commitment to continuous improvement * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint * Experience with data analytics tools such as SQL, SAS, Tableau, or Power BI * Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges * Commitment to diversity, safety, and security in the workplace **What Will Give You a Competitive Edge** While the minimum qualifications are essential, we're looking for candidates who can bring additional skills and experiences to the table.
