Our team of experts is passionate about sharing their knowledge and expertise to help our customers make informed purchasing decisions. **Job Summary** As a Customer Relations Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers, while also maintaining a clean and organized store environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Greet and acknowledge all customers in a prompt and friendly manner * Handle customer merchandise returns, complete refund/exchange paperwork, and sort returns by category * Sell hunting and fishing licenses, as well as administer incentive and reward programs * Remain product knowledgeable and aware of advertised sales * Provide legendary customer experiences by identifying and evaluating customer needs, making product recommendations, and promoting programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up * Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed * Follow all company policies and procedures * Perform other duties as assigned by management **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent experience * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations * Basic math skills, including calculating discounts and making change * Ability to operate a computerized Point of Sale register system * Physical ability to stand and/or walk during shift, as well as lift and move objects up to 20 pounds **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous customer service experience in a retail environment * Knowledge of hunting and fishing regulations and products * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic knowledge of outdoor gear and equipment **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations * Basic math skills, including calculating discounts and making change * Ability to operate a computerized Point of Sale register system * Physical ability to stand and/or walk during shift, as well as lift and move objects up to 20 pounds * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and customers * Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
