With a strong presence in the global marketplace, we're constantly expanding our reach and capabilities. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in managing customer and distributor services for the Firestone North America Region. You'll be responsible for handling orders from initial inquiry to final delivery, including post-sales support. Your exceptional communication skills and relationship-building mindset will enable you to proactively collaborate with assigned clients, maintain lists of open and overdue orders, and work closely with sales, logistics, planning, and warehouse departments. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage customer and distributor services for the Firestone North America Region, ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction. * Handle orders from initial inquiry to final delivery, including post-sales support, to ensure timely and accurate processing. * Enter, approve, and process complaints and returns, as well as analyze credit and debit notes to resolve any discrepancies. * Report on sales data to provide valuable insights for business growth and development. * Respond to email and phone inquiries regarding product availability and pricing, providing accurate and timely information to customers. * Communicate effectively with Distribution Centers located in Dyersburg, Williamsburg, Costa Rica, and Brazil to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain management. * Proactively collaborate with assigned clients, maintain lists of open and overdue orders, and work closely with sales, logistics, planning, and warehouse departments to ensure efficient order processing and delivery. * Work closely with the sales team to identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and development. **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer service role, preferably in the air spring or related industry. * Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. * Experience working with SAP or another ERP system, with a strong understanding of its functionality and benefits. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders. * Self-discipline and excellent organizational abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals. * Basic knowledge of job processes and tools obtained through work experience, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures. * Ability to work collaboratively with the management team and other specialization teammates to drive business growth and development. * Directly impacts the success of the specialization's short-term goals, with a focus on problem-solving and anticipating additional needs and requests. * Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation, with a focus on clarity and accuracy. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication. * Familiarity with air spring technology and related products, with a strong understanding of their applications and benefits. * Experience working with customers in a global marketplace, with a focus on cultural sensitivity and adaptability. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals. * Basic knowledge of air spring technology and related products, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
