Job Summary arenaflex is seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airline Customer Service Representatives. This is a remote position where you will assist airline passengers with inquiries, reservations, flight changes, and general travel concerns. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy problem-solving, this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, emails, and chat inquiries. Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, rebookings, and ticket modifications. Provide information on airline policies, baggage rules, check-in procedures, and flight status updates. Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner. Coordinate with airport and airline staff to ensure smooth operations for passengers. Process refunds, vouchers, and travel credits when necessary. Maintain accurate customer records and follow data protection guidelines. Meet performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores. Required Skills and Qualifications arenaflex is looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus). Prior customer service experience, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or airline industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in using computer systems, reservation platforms, and CRM software. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Multilingual candidates are a plus (especially Spanish, French, or Mandarin). Experience arenaflex requires a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry. Previous experience working remotely is an advantage. Working Hours arenaflex offers flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Part-time roles require a minimum of 30 hours per week, while full-time employees work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts.
