They are seeking a Sales Associate to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and nurturing client relationships. The role involves generating new business and contributing to pipeline growth in a dynamic sales environment. Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects and qualifying leads to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate new business and build a healthy pipeline Manage early-stage conversations and collaborate with senior sales leads to craft effective, client-centric solutions Learn to confidently pitch banMe’s platform, tools, and value proposition to agency and brand contacts Serve as the primary point of contact during active campaigns, guiding clients through performance insights and optimization opportunities Support long-term client success by maintaining relationships, identifying upsell potential, and driving renewals Keep CRM and sales systems up-to-date to ensure clean handoffs and strong visibility across the team Skills 1–3 years of experience in account management, programmatic operations, media buying/planning, or sales support Familiarity with digital media platforms such as DSPs, CTV, search, and social A solid grasp of media metrics, audience targeting, and digital campaign execution A sales-oriented mindset — hungry, coachable, and commercially driven Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a remote environment and work independently Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach Willingness to travel for in-person meetings, events, or client entertainment Benefits Unlimited PTO & matching 401(k) (eligibility after trial period with performance milestones met).
