Position Overview Paycor’s HR software is purpose-built for leaders, modernizing people management and empowering winning teams. As a Major Market Sales Executive, Field based in Oklahoma City, OK, you will identify potential clients, consult strategically on solutions that address their business challenges, and drive new business growth. This role requires self-generation of leads through prospecting, telemarketing, CRM management, and networking while consistently meeting ambitious monthly and annual sales quotas. Key Responsibilities Identify potential clients in the higher employee band and complex midmarket space through prospecting, referrals, and leveraging available tools. Consult with potential clients to determine optimal solutions that address specific business challenges. Call on prospects in person and by phone to present Paycor products and services. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with referral sources. Take ownership of accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts. Analyze client practices to identify additional sales opportunities. Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales activity targets. Assist in the conversion process for new clients, ensuring complete documentation and smooth transitions. Collaborate closely with Client Services and Implementation teams to ensure client satisfaction and effective onboarding. Record sales activities in SFDC in a timely manner and complete regular reports, including CRM updates. Support the development of less experienced Sales Executives as needed. Maintain high ethical standards, a strong work ethic, and regular attendance. Required Qualifications 3-6 years’ experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment without direct daily supervision. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Compensation: Competitive base pay estimated between $65,000 and $114,000, plus eligibility for a performance-based annual bonus or commission.
