To support our digital transformation, we are strengthening our Group IT Infrastructure team with an experienced, hands-on Technology Owner for the Modern Workplace domain. This is a fully remote position within our Belgium-based Group IT Infrastructure Team, operating at Group level across all Euroports entities. You will take end-to-end ownership of the Modern Workplace domain. This is a senior, autonomous role combining architecture, operations, and delivery. You will shape the Group’s modern workplace strategy while staying close to the technology. We are moving toward a cloud-first, automated, zero-touch model and you will help drive that evolution. Responsibilities Modern Workplace ownership Design and evolve architecture across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune Define standards for identity, device management, and user experience Drive a secure, scalable endpoint strategy Identity & Access Management Own Active Directory & Entra ID in a hybrid environment Manage Conditional Access, SSO, and authentication flows Ensure secure identity lifecycle governance Endpoint & Device Management Manage Intune / Endpoint Manager Own Windows Autopilot and zero-touch provisioning Control device compliance and application lifecycle Improve performance via endpoint analytics Microsoft 365 administration Admin-level ownership of Office 365, Teams, SharePoint Licensing, governance, and adoption support Collaboration & operations Work closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams Participate in projects and 3rd line support Join standby/on-call rotation Maintain architecture and operational documentation Continuous improvement Automate and standardize Simplify processes Share knowledge and coach colleagues Qualifications Experience 7+ years in IT infrastructure 2+ years in a senior modern workplace / identity role Cloud-first and hybrid environment experience Able to combine architecture with hands-on delivery Must-have technical skills Active Directory & Entra ID (multi-domain, Conditional Access, SSO) Microsoft 365 administration Intune / Endpoint Manager Windows Autopilot Azure infrastructure & identity Monitoring and diagnostics Nice to have PowerShell automation Security tooling exposure ITIL/service delivery frameworks Languages English required Dutch / Spanish / German / French are a plus Work model Fully remote Belgium-based Group IT team Occasional international travel Participation in standby rotation
