Job... Responsibilities
ย Prior-Authorizations (PAs) and Insurance Verification.
ย Communicate w/ patients, providers & insurance payers via telephone & email.
ย Verify Patientยs Insurance Coverage.
ย Claims, Denials, Appeals, etc.
ย Billing and Coding.
ย Receive inbound and outbound calls from Patients and Insurance providers.
Job Requirements
ย Minimum of 1-year recent experience with Medical Insurance (Prior Authorization e.g.).
ย Experience w/ Medicare/Medicaid program administration.
ย Insurance Verification and claim adjudication or medical billing.
ย Experience or knowledge of ICD-10, HCPCS, or CPT is a HUGE PLUS!
ย Must have NO attendance issues.
