Gestaltung und Implementierung von Organisationsmodellen, Prozessen, Rollen-, Verantwortungs- und Qualifizierungsprofilen Gestaltung von Kommunikations- und Medienkampagnen zur UnterstĂŒtzung von Change Prozessen Analyse von organisatorischen Reifegraden, Change-Resistenz-Ursachen und kulturellen Faktoren UnterstĂŒtzung bei der DurchfĂŒhrung von Workshops mit Entwicklern und Verantwortlichen Themen umfassen Organisationsprozesse, Digitalisierung und Assistenzsysteme, KI Kollaboration, MitarbeiterfĂŒhrung und Kompetenzentwicklung Your Profile Ein auf Change Management ausgerichtetes Hochschulstudium z.B.
