About the Role We’re hiring a motivated Sales Representative who is interested in more than just hitting targets — someone who wants to grow into leadership. This role is part of our structured Sales-to-Leadership Development Track , designed to develop high-performing sales professionals into future Team Leads and Managers. You’ll begin by mastering our sales process and delivering strong results. From there, you’ll gain mentorship, coaching, and opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities.
