Qualitest is seeking a Performance Test Lead to own and manage end-to-end performance testing for complex applications across multiple platforms. This full-time, remote position involves collaboration with stakeholders, development teams, and infrastructure experts, defining performance goals, and ensuring systems meet high standards. Experience with LoadRunner and cloud monitoring tools is preferred. Requirements • Partner with stakeholders to define performance goals and SLAs. • Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of performance testing. • Execute hands-on performance testing using LoadRunner. • Leverage performance monitoring and diagnostics tools like Dynatrace. • Design and implement sophisticated test scripts. • Validate and optimize performance of Web applications and APIs.
