Mintz is an Am Law 100 law firm with over 600 attorneys serving clients worldwide, and they are seeking a First Year IP Litigation Associate to join their Los Angeles office. This role involves supporting senior lawyers in patent litigation and requires collaboration with team members while undergoing practical training and mentorship. Responsibilities Collaborate with team members Support public and private companies in sophisticated business transactions Develop and execute litigation strategies that align with the business goals of clients Participate in practical training and networking during the firm's Orientation & Training in Boston Work closely with senior lawyers in the IP Litigation section Skills Must be graduating with a J.D.
or LL.M. from an ABA accredited law school Must be eligible to sit for the USPTO exam or already registered with the USPTO Must be eligible for admission to the Bar for the jurisdiction in which the candidate is applying Must possess excellent written/verbal communication skills Must possess a high level of professionalism and client readiness Must be able to balance and prioritize multiple competing priorities and responsibilities, be highly organized and exercise extreme attention to detail Must be able to collaborate and work effectively in team settings Required documents: resume, cover letter, law transcript, graduate transcript (if available), undergraduate transcript, and writing sample Benefits
