- 7+ years benefits consulting experience
- 5+ years independently managing accounts
- Active life & health insurance license
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Deep knowledge of benefit products, funding structures, and compliance
- Proficient with benefits platforms and AI/automation tools
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Strategic consulting and problem-solving
- Exceptional communication (executive presentations, public speaking)
- Executive relationship building with track record of retention
- Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy
- Self-motivated with strong independent judgment
- Mentorship and informal leadership
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for innovation
- Spanish fluency is a big plus Benefits
