Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team of data scientists and analysts. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions and strategies through data-driven insights. You will work closely with our business stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop and implement data-driven solutions to address these opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop data models and algorithms to extract insights from large datasets and drive business decisions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop data-driven solutions to address these opportunities
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and architectures to support data analytics initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and analytics, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our data analytics capabilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to ensure that data analytics initiatives are aligned with business objectives and priorities
- Contribute to the development of data analytics best practices and standards within arenaflex
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in data science and analytics, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. The following qualifications are essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data science and analytics, with a focus on data modeling, machine learning, and data visualization
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and practices, including data pipelines and architectures
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the essential qualifications, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Certifications in data science and analytics, such as Certified Data Scientist or Certified Analytics Professional

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
