Position:
Design Expert

Author, review, and annotate technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on design problems.
Produce original problem sets grounded in design mockups, wireframes, typography systems, and industrial drawings.
Write reference solutions and apply structured quality checks.
Collaborate with AI research teams to ensure task quality and relevance.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

PhD in Design or related field, or MFA in Design with 3+ years applied design, teaching, or research experience, or BFA/BA in Design with 5+ years applied industrial, graphic, UX, or product design experience.
Working fluency in at least two of: industrial design, graphic design, UX, product design, design research.
Comfortable reading and interpreting design mockups, wireframes, typography systems, and industrial drawings.
Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form.
