Job Description

RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is hiring experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) to provide virtual weight management and lifestyle counseling for our growing telehealth client base.

This is a 100% remote role with flexible scheduling — perfect for dietitians looking to make a meaningful impact from home.

Hours: 20–40 per week, based on patient scheduling and your availability
Location: Fully remote, telehealth-based
Pay: $30–$36/hour (commensurate with experience)
Flexibility: Build your own schedule within core telehealth hours
Support: Collaborative team so you can focus on patient care

Deliver individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) focused on sustainable weight management
Conduct virtual consultations, assess nutrition needs, and develop personalized care plans
Educate clients on evidence-based nutrition, behavior change, and lifestyle improvements
Monitor progress and adjust care plans for positive outcomes
Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive client support
Document accurately and on time in our electronic health record (EHR) system
Participate in team communications and occasional administrative tasks

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field (accredited program)
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration
Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient, weight management, or related settings
Strong knowledge of evidence-based weight management principles
Proficient with telehealth technology and EHR platforms
Excellent communication skills with a client-centered approach
Preferred: Certifications in weight management, behavior change counseling, or motivational interviewing
