Remote Medicare Sales Agent – Top Performers Only (Inbound | Licensed)
Full-Time | Remote | Base + Uncapped Commission

- What You’ll Do
- Handle high-intent inbound Medicare calls (no cold calling)
- Take full control of the sales conversation and close efficiently
- Recommend Medicare Advantage and supplemental plans with confidence
- Maintain strict CMS compliance while selling at a high level
- Track pipeline and performance metrics in CRM systems
- Consistently exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas
- Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Active Health Insurance License
- Recent (within 12 months) high-volume sales experience
- Documented history of top-tier performance (top 10–20% of team or exceeding quota consistently)
- Advanced objection handling and closing ability
- Comfortable in a high-accountability, metrics-driven environment
- Highly Preferred
- Medicare Advantage sales experience
- AHIP certification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience in inbound telesales environments with daily KPIs
- Compensation Structure
- Base salary + aggressive, uncapped commission
