### Role Overview

We are hiring a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to contact a pre-qualified list of leads that we provide.

You will NOT need to find leads.

Your only focus:

Call the list

Start conversations

Book qualified appointments

### Responsibilities

• Call contacts from our provided lead list (no prospecting required)

• Introduce our services in a clear and engaging way

• Identify interest and qualify potential clients

• Schedule meetings directly into our calendar

• Log call outcomes and notes

• Follow up with interested leads when needed

### What We Provide

### Ideal Candidate

• Strong spoken English (clear, confident, natural)

• Experience in cold calling or appointment setting

• Comfortable speaking with business owners / decision-makers

• Persistent and not discouraged by rejection

• Organized and consistent with daily call targets

### Compensation

• Base pay: $5–$10/hour (based on experience)

• Bonus: $20–$50 per qualified booked meeting

• Performance-based growth opportunities

• Number of calls made

• Conversations per day

• Qualified appointments booked
