AI Adoption Coach – Contract – US-based Remote (W2)
About the Role:
We are looking for an AI Adoption Coach to help employees across the organization get the most out of AI tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude. This is a hands-on enablement role where you’ll guide teams, provide demos, troubleshoot prompt workflows, and ensure AI tools are adopted effectively across business functions.
- What You’ll Do:
- Act as the go-to expert for AI tool adoption across teams, hand-holding users through workflows and best practices.
- Build quick prototypes and demos to showcase AI capabilities in real business scenarios.
- Coach teams on prompt engineering, modular workflows, and efficient tool usage.
- Provide support to troubleshoot and improve AI outputs, helping users understand and correct errors.
- Collaborate with business units to identify high-value use cases and scale successful workflows.
- Key Skills & Tools:
- Hands-on experience with: Gemini (primary), ChatGPT, Claude
- Prompt engineering and workflow design
- Rapid prototyping and solution demos
- AI enablement, training, and coaching
- Familiarity with LLM-based tools and notebook-based workflows (nice-to-have)
- Experience:
- 5+ years working with AI tools or in AI enablement/training roles
- Comfortable translating complex AI capabilities into practical, user-friendly guidance
- Able to work across departments, understand varied workflows, and adapt guidance quickly
