Job Opportunity - Contract Bilingual Customer Success Representative with 4myBenefits in Cincinnati, OH

This position is a contract-based role and as a Contract Bilingual Customer Success Representative, you will serve as the initial point of contact for employees, aiding in inquiries related to their health benefits, coverage, and related matters.
- Other responsibilities include:
- Available to start from mid-September until November 28, 2025.
- Open to full-time onsite work (remote full-time opportunities available for bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates).
- Respond to inbound calls from client employees regarding health insurance benefits, eligibility, and coverage.
- Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Document all interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health plan policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and response time.
- Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, Communications, or a related field; preferred.
- Bilingual skills; preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
