Ongoing Shopify Tech Support Expert Needed (Apps, Fixes, Store Updates)
We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Shopify expert to support our growing eCommerce business on an ad hoc / as-needed basis.
You’ll help with a range of Shopify-related tasks such as:
- Installing and configuring apps (reviews, upsells, subscriptions, etc.)
- Setting up and optimising product reviews
- Updating store settings and backend configurations
- Troubleshooting bugs or technical issues
- Making theme edits or small customisations
- Recommending better tools or features to improve our store
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience with Shopify admin, themes, and apps
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Clear English communication
- Responsive and dependable
- Available in a time zone reasonably close to Australia - ie. Australia/ Asia
Bonus if you have experience with:
- Shopify Plus
- Liquid / HTML / CSS / JavaScript
- CRO / conversion optimisation
- Klaviyo integration, meta integration, and analytics tools
This will start with small tasks, with potential for ongoing work if it’s a good fit.
