Natural Heart Doctor (NHD) is a mission-driven health brand serving a large audience of adults (with a strong emphasis on women 50+). We sell education, supplements, and at-home testing through a direct-to-consumer engine built on performance marketing, strong creative, and disciplined conversion optimization.
We’re hiring a dedicated Marketing Manager to own and grow our At-Home Testing, Educational Programs and Wild Salmon Roe product lines with clear revenue and margin targets.
The Outcome You Own
- You are accountable for:
- $3,000,000 in annual sales
- 50% margin target
- Building and executing the multi-channel plan to hit both
- This is not a “make the posts” role. This is a line-owner role: strategy, execution leadership, testing, optimization, and performance accountability.Compensation + Work Setup
- 1099 contractor, (30+ hours a week)
- Remote (any time zone)
- Base: $10,000/month
- Bonus: up to $40,000 based on performance

- Annualized spend paced from a $30K/month ad spend environment (you’ll be expected to plan, manage, and optimize spend with disciplined targets and testing)
- Resources You’ll HaveYou won’t be doing everything yourself. You will lead outcomes using:
- In-house designer / video editor / copywriter
- In-house analyst
- In-house email specialist
- Agency partners (as applicable)

- What You’ll DoStrategy & Planning
- Build the 12-month growth plan for the lines: positioning, offers, promo calendar, channel mix, and testing roadmap
- Translate revenue + margin targets into weekly actionable execution plans and measurable KPIs
- Performance Marketing Leadership
- Lead paid acquisition strategy and agency execution
- Set testing cadence across creative angles, hooks, landing pages, offers, and funnel steps
- Work with the analyst to track performance, diagnose issues, and make decisions quickly
- Conversion + Funnel Optimization
- Drive improvements in CVR, AOV, LTV, and subscription performance
- Partner with creative + email to align messaging across the full customer journey
- Own product-line funnel health: landing pages, PDPs, upsells, and retargeting
- Reporting & Accountability
- Maintain a simple weekly scorecard (sales, margin, CAC/MER, CVR, AOV, LTV, email revenue contribution, refund rate)
- Communicate priorities clearly, move fast, and deliver measurable results
- What “Great” Looks Like in the First 90 Days
- Clear baseline metrics + scorecard in place
- A working testing system (creative + funnel + offer) with weekly velocity
- Stabilized and improving unit economics toward the 50% margin target
- A 6–12 month roadmap that can be executed against with clarity

- Strong with data, attribution thinking, and performance diagnosis
- Comfortable leading cross-functional execution with in-house creative + analysts + specialists
