- What You'll Do
- Review financial statements, ledgers, and accounting disclosures
- Extract and structure data into standardized Excel templates
- Validate calculations, formatting, and logical consistency across datasets
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, or anomalies in source materials
- Support recurring dataset creation, structuring, and cleanup tasks
- Ensure datasets meet quality and accuracy standards for AI model training
Must-Have
- Who You Are
- Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or a closely related finance role
- Strong Excel proficiency — comfortable with structured data, formulas, and templates
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage task-based assignments
- Nice To Have
- Exposure to audit, FP&A, financial operations, or controllership
- Experience working with large or complex financial datasets
- Familiarity with AI training workflows or data annotation
