Senior Executive Search Partner — Private Equity

We are looking for a
$400k+ annual biller
(Partner or Principal level) who already originates and owns their own book —
not someone waiting for handed-off searches
.
Lower-volume or junior recruiters will not be considered.
You’ll step directly into
established relationships with several top 10 private equity firms
and their portfolio companies — giving you immediate, high-quality active deal flow from day one.

- Originate and own client relationships with PE sponsors and portfolio companies
- Lead VP-to-C-suite searches (CFO, COO, CRO, CHRO, etc.)
