| Hybrid/Remote Position | This position begins with required in-office training. Upon successful completion, the role transitions to a hybrid/remote schedule. Equipment is provided after training.

What You’ll Do
- In this role, you’ll act as a critical link between our team and the Social Security Administration (SSA), ensuring cases are accurate, up to date, and progressing efficiently.Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between our firm and the SSA
- Track and verify claim statuses
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in case records
- Monitor deadlines and prepare correspondence
- Maintain accurate and organized case documentation
- Support administrative and case management tasks as needed
