We are currently seeking a motivated and community-oriented Insurance Agent & Financial Strategist to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about helping others achieve financial confidence, whether you're experienced or just getting started.
- What You’ll Do
- Generate and follow up with leads through social media, phone outreach, and local networking
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and present options for:
- Life Insurance
- Health Insurance
- Annuities
- Retirement Income Planning
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and financial consultations
- Recommend suitable insurance and financial solutions tailored to each client
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and provide ongoing support
- Handle policy applications, renewals, and client servicing
- Stay compliant with industry regulations and CMS guidelines
- Manage your own schedule and client portfolio like a small business owner
- What We're Looking For
- Experience with life and health insurance, annuities, or financial services is a plus (but not required — we provide training!)
- State insurance license or willingness to obtain one (we’ll guide you)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-driven, professional, and highly motivated
- Strong sense of purpose and a desire to help others
