- Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and close profitable stock lot paper deals
- Develop and manage customer/supplier relationships
- Monitor markets and drive growth for Vipa in the USA
- Expand the company’s market presence and analyze the market trends
- Formulate strategies that are in line with the company’s goals and market share growth
- Qualifications & Competencies
- Experience in the paper industry (stock lots, recovered, or prime paper)
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in sales & trading
- Solid customer and supplier network in North America
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to spot opportunities
- Adaptive to change, and ability to work under pressure
- Strong decision-making ability
