    A fast growing SaaS ecommerce company is searching for a
  • *Delivery Operations leader**
    to run the project management and implementation function supporting their Professional Services organization. This role is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of
  • *dozens to hundreds of concurrent customer implementations**
    , including website builds, enhancements, and ongoing client services. They are specifically looking for leaders who have worked in
  • *customer-facing SaaS implementation, onboarding, or Professional Services delivery environments.
  • *This role is NOT focused on internal IT project management or enterprise transformation.

    Internal IT PMO leadership, Infrastructure or capital project management, Manufacturing or construction program management, or Enterprise transformation / internal systems initiatives.
  • Strong preference for candidates on east coast of US for frequent in-person collaboration in Portsmouth, NH.

  • *Who Is Most Likely to Succeed in This Role
  • 8+ years leading
  • *customer-facing SaaS implementation, onboarding, or Professional Services delivery teams.
  • 3+ years managing
  • *Project Managers, Implementation Managers, or Delivery Leads
    responsible for customer deployments.
  • Experience leading
  • *delivery operations across multiple concurrent customer projects**
    , including establishing delivery standards, processes, and intake discipline.
  • Proven experience managing
  • *delivery capacity, utilization, and risk across a portfolio of implementations**
    , not just individual projects.
  • Comfortable operating in
  • *deadline-driven client delivery environments**
    where successful execution across many concurrent projects is critical.
  • Strong understanding of
  • *Professional Services operations**
    , including utilization, forecasting, and how delivery execution impacts revenue and margin.
  • Ability to translate
  • *delivery metrics, utilization data, and operational reporting**
    into clear recommendations for leadership.
  • Familiarity with
  • *PSA environments and delivery reporting tools**
    that support time tracking, utilization, and delivery visibility.
  • Comfortable applying

  • Leadership style that brings

    to fast-moving delivery teams while supporting individual PM development.
  • PMP
    or similar program management certification is

  • *Finance and Services leadership on forecasting, delivery planning, and operational execution**
