## What You’ll Be Doing
Community Building: Foster a strong and engaged local community around KAST's crypto card product.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the USA market, utilizing community engagement, paid marketing, referrals, and campaigns.
Navigate Regulation: Understand the domestic regulatory landscape and ensure KAST operates effectively and compliantly.
Local Product Development: Develop and execute a winning go-to-market strategy for USA, combining paid marketing, referrals, community engagement, and partnerships.
Domestic Scaling: Drive significant growth in Monthly Active Users (MAU) and FIAT in/out volumes within the market.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team for local activation, leverage campaign and referral mechanisms, and collaborate with the product team to build features with high potential for success.
