## What we're looking for:
5–8+ years in software/platform roles; proven product delivery with vendors plus hands-on AWS/EKS/Terraform/GitHub Actions
Practical security: ZTNA (Cloudflare or equivalent), IAM, KMS/secrets, backup/DR, logging/alerts
Custody/KYT familiarity (Fireblocks/Chainalysis or equivalent) and how they fit into product flows
Admin experience with Google Workspace IAM, Slack, Notion; SSO/SAML/SCIM; good JML hygiene
Excellent written comms; decisive and documentation-driven.
Advanced understanding and/or experience working in a Cryptocurrency/Blockchain/Fintech/Finance Trading domain preferred
