Event Photographer — Two Heidi TechWeek Events (NYC (Union Square), June 2 & 4)

We're looking for an event photographer to cover two Heidi events during TechWeek in Chicago. Both are brand moments, so we need someone with a sharp eye for people, energy and details.

Event 1 — Tuesday, June 2 (Morning)

A yoga session with post-event snacks. Roughly 2-3 hours. We want shots that capture the vibe: people in motion, our merch, the spread afterward, candid moments throughout.

Event 2 — Thursday, June 4 (Afternoon/Evening)

A cocktail and panel event. Roughly 3 hours. Think speakers on stage, branded moments, crowd shots, people connecting. A mix of polished and candid.

What we need:

Coverage of branding, people and atmosphere at both events

Edited final images delivered in a reasonable turnaround

Someone comfortable moving through a crowd and catching natural moments

Budget: $1,000 fixed for both events.
