Job Description
We are seeking a Los Angeles–based photographer/videographer (or small team) to capture “before” documentation of a public park site in LA. This footage will be used as baseline content prior to a future project.
Scope of Work
Photo
- Wide shots of the overall park/site
- Detailed and mid-range images of existing site furniture and amenities
Video
- Broad, establishing shots of the park
- Closer, intentional shots highlighting site furniture and surroundings
Drone
- Aerial photography
- Aerial video footage
- Pilot must be FAA-certified and compliant with all local regulations. Must handle permits if required, and must comply with LA/local park regulations
Deliverables
All footage provided as:
- Edited final files (high-res jpg and mp4
- And full raw files (photo, video, and drone)
Files delivered digitally in high-resolution formats suitable for long-term archival and marketing use
Rights & Ownership
All footage created under this project will be fully owned by us.
The selected contractor must agree that:
- All content is considered work made for hire, or full ownership is transferred upon delivery
- Footage may not be distributed, shared, reused, sold, or promoted without our prior written permission (Okay to include edited footage on portfolios, social media, or website without mentioning end-user/company)
- We retain exclusive, perpetual, and unrestricted rights to all footage captured
Ideal Candidate
- Experience documenting outdoor/public spaces
- Strong eye for architectural or landscape details
- Comfortable capturing both wide context and close-up details
- Prior drone experience required
Please include:
- Relevant portfolio samples (especially outdoor, architectural, or site documentation work)
- Confirmation of drone certification
- Availability within the LA area
