- $90,000 base salary

- Role expectations
- Provide weekly virtual therapy sessions
- Maintain a caseload of 27 billable sessions/week (including no shows/late cancels), supported by a full administrative and care navigation team to reduce non-clinical workload.
- Timely documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes)
- Collaborative care with our licensed navigation and admin support teams
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
- Requirements
- Active independent California license: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist
- HIPAA-compliant workspace
- Not opted out of Medicare
- Ethical/legal compliance
