- Proactively identify, qualify, and convert personal lines prospects through cold calls, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and centers of influence.
- Provide accurate insurance quotes and guide clients through coverage options that best meet their needs.
- Represent the agency professionally at marketing events, community activities, and networking functions.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent customer service.
- Maintain detailed activity logs and client information in the agency’s management system.
- Requirements:
- Prior insurance experience required (independent agency background preferred)
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Outgoing, personable, and confident communicator
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Willing to attend marketing events and represent the agency in the community
