- Henderson Drake is supporting the hire of an
- *FP&A Systems Architect**
for a large, complex manufacturing firm investing heavily in its finance technology landscape. This role offers full ownership of the OneStream platform from a planning perspective, with a strong emphasis on building scalable, integrated FP&A capabilities.
- This opportunity will suit someone who combines
- *OneStream architecture experience with strong ERP integration exposure**
- and enjoys working closely with both finance and technology teams to shape how planning systems evolve.
- *The Role**
- You will lead the architecture and ongoing development of the OneStream platform, with a focus on planning, forecasting, and performance management. Alongside platform ownership, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless integration with ERP systems, supporting accurate, connected financial processes.
- *Key Responsibilities
- Own the OneStream platform from an architectural and technical standpoint
- Design and deliver advanced FP&A solutions, including
- *driver-based forecasting and scenario modelling
- Lead requirements gathering and solution design sessions with finance stakeholders
- Build and enhance OneStream components including
- *business rules, workflows, dashboards, and data models
- Oversee and optimise integrations between OneStream and ERP platforms (including
- *Oracle Fusion
- or similar)
- Ensure data integrity, performance, and alignment across finance systems
- Support enhancements across planning and related processes such as
- *account reconciliation
- Work cross-functionally to improve system adoption and long-term capability
- *What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience operating as a
- *OneStream Architect**
- , particularly within planning/FP&A environments
- Proven ability to design scalable solutions across
- *planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Experience integrating OneStream with ERP systems (e.g.
- *Oracle Fusion
- or similar platforms)
- Solid understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and finance system architecture
- Strong technical capability across OneStream configuration and development
- OneStream Architect certification (or working towards it)
- Comfortable engaging both finance and technical stakeholders
