Overview

We are an educational admissions consulting organization seeking a dynamic leader to help manage and expand our growing business. This role is crucial for overseeing operations, coordinating teams, and driving strategic growth into adjacent professional-school verticals.

    Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily operations across sales, support, and marketing teams.
  • Coordinate with marketing partners to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Delegate decision-making authority to streamline processes and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand into adjacent verticals such as dental and law school consulting.
  • Act as an extension of the founder, managing tasks and addressing issues as they arise.
    Qualifications
  • Experience in educational consulting or similar high-ticket B2C environments.
  • Proven managerial experience, ideally at a director or VP level.
  • Familiarity with established industry providers or similar organizations is a plus.
  • Strong operational leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams.
  • Ability to work approximately 10–20 hours per week, with flexible location (North America preferred).
  • Budget management experience, with a monthly budget cap in the ~USD 8,000 range.
