Overview

We are an educational admissions consulting organization seeking a dynamic leader to help manage and expand our growing business. This role is crucial for overseeing operations, coordinating teams, and driving strategic growth into adjacent professional-school verticals.

Oversee and manage daily operations across sales, support, and marketing teams.
Coordinate with marketing partners to ensure alignment and progress.
Delegate decision-making authority to streamline processes and reduce bottlenecks.
Develop and execute strategies to expand into adjacent verticals such as dental and law school consulting.
Act as an extension of the founder, managing tasks and addressing issues as they arise.

Experience in educational consulting or similar high-ticket B2C environments.
Proven managerial experience, ideally at a director or VP level.
Familiarity with established industry providers or similar organizations is a plus.
Strong operational leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams.
Ability to work approximately 10–20 hours per week, with flexible location (North America preferred).
Budget management experience, with a monthly budget cap in the ~USD 8,000 range.
