Call Team Six is a fast-growing, fully remote automotive BDC and marketing company partnering with dealerships across the country. We handle inbound leads, appointment setting, and customer engagement at a level most dealerships can’t achieve in-house.
If you’ve worked in a dealership BDC or internet department, you already know the difference between average and elite—and we are building the latter.

- What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound internet leads, calls, and text conversations
- Set high-quality appointments that show and sell
- Follow up with unsold and aged leads consistently
- Work multiple dealership accounts simultaneously
- Use CRM tools to track activity and performance
- Hit (and exceed) daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- What We’re Looking For (Dealership Experience Preferred)
- Dealership BDC or Internet Sales experience preferred
- Strong understanding of:
- Lead response timing & cadence
- Appointment setting best practices
- CRM usage (VinSolutions, Elead, DealerSocket, etc.)
- Proven ability to:
- Handle objections
- Build urgency
- Convert leads to appointments
- Comfortable with texting, phone, and email communication
- Self-motivated and thrives in a remote environment
- Compensation
- Base + aggressive performance bonuses
- Daily and monthly incentives
- Top agents consistently earn $3500–$4000K+/month
