    Automotive Sales BDC Specialist (Remote)

  • $35,000 – $42,000+ (Base + Bonus)

    What You’ll Do
  • Handle inbound internet leads, calls, and text conversations
  • Set high-quality appointments that show and sell
  • Follow up with unsold and aged leads consistently
  • Work multiple dealership accounts simultaneously
  • Use CRM tools to track activity and performance
  • Hit (and exceed) daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
    What We’re Looking For (Dealership Experience Preferred)
  • Dealership BDC or Internet Sales experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Lead response timing & cadence
  • Appointment setting best practices
  • CRM usage (VinSolutions, Elead, DealerSocket, etc.)
  • Proven ability to:
  • Handle objections
  • Build urgency
  • Convert leads to appointments
  • Comfortable with texting, phone, and email communication
  • Self-motivated and thrives in a remote environment
    Compensation
  • Base + aggressive performance bonuses
  • Daily and monthly incentives
  • Top agents consistently earn $3500–$4000K+/month
