Job Summary
Growing local courier business looking for a confident, driven salesperson to help expand into new business accounts.
This is NOT a passive or script-reading role. You’ll be speaking directly with local businesses, building quick rapport, and turning conversations into new clients.
- What You’ll Do:
- Connect with local businesses (medical offices, labs, pharmacies, law firms, etc.)
- Speak with decision-makers and introduce our services
- Build real conversations (not robotic scripts)
- Turn interest into new clients and booked services
- Keep simple notes from calls
- What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and natural confidence on the phone
- Sales mindset — comfortable guiding conversations and asking for the business
- Resilient — able to handle rejection and keep going
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Based in the U.S. and able to work Eastern Time hours
- Preferred:
- Experience in sales, cold calling, or business outreach
- Experience speaking with business owners or decision-makers
- Pay:
- $12/hour base
- $100–$300+ per new client (based on account size)
- Additional bonuses for larger or long-term contracts
Top performers can scale their earnings quickly as new clients are brought on.
