A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist providing telehealth services, based in Fresno, CA. This role focuses on delivering psychological assessments, consultation, and support to students within an educational setting through virtual platforms.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results to assist in student evaluation.
- Providing counseling and therapeutic interventions tailored to students' needs.
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Offering crisis intervention and behavioral support remotely.
- Maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Qualifications sought for this role include:
- Valid California School Psychologist credential or license.
- Experience delivering psychological services via telehealth platforms.
- Strong understanding of federal and state educational laws, including IDEA and Section 504.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
