We're seeking an experienced Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our onboarding process, you'll play a vital role in communicating with our delivery professionals, reviewing applications, and ensuring a seamless activation experience. *Responsibilities**

As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

Reviewing applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility
Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided)
Communicating with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications
Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software
Maintaining accurate records and data entry in our system
Collaborating with our team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the onboarding process

*Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

2+ years of experience in a business environment, preferably in data entry, human resources, receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service
Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications
Reliable internet access and a quiet work environment
Availability to work full-time, including some weekends and nights

*Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service
Experience with company software and systems
Familiarity with virtual vehicle safety inspections and background checks
