- *Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent

- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce or SaaS environment
- Experience working remotely is a plus, but not required
