As a Data Entry Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Executing data enrichment tasks as per the training provided by the client, ensuring that our quality control processes are effectively supported.
  • Performing credentialing-related duties, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications.
  • Liaising with various state boards and credentialing organizations to secure status updates and verifications.
  • Maintaining the accuracy and quality of credentialing data in compliance with industry standards.
  • Validating information sourced from third-party entities by utilizing online databases for cross-referencing.
  • Undertaking additional responsibilities and tasks as required.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills:
