You'll work independently, operating on a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. - Implement business rules to guarantee precise data management, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality concerning all Personal Health Information (PHI), adhering to regulatory requirements and careerzynith's data protection policies.
- Conduct thorough data verification processes in line with established protocols, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or errors.
- Proactively identify and recommend enhancements to data entry processes for improved accuracy and efficiency, contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations.
- *Required Skills**
- Proficient typing speed of 50+ WPM or 4,500 KPH with a minimum of 95% accuracy, ensuring high-quality data entry results.
- Strong aptitude for quickly mastering new systems and keyboard shortcuts, adapting to changing requirements and technologies.
- Personal computer (desktop or laptop) equipped with a 10-key keypad and mouse, meeting the technical requirements for this role.
- Operating system: Windows 8.1 or higher, ensuring compatibility with our online systems and software.
- Secure Wi-Fi connection with WPA2 protection or superior, guaranteeing a reliable and secure internet connection.
- A dedicated, distraction-free workspace (not situated in a shared or common area), allowing for focused work and minimal interruptions.
