We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Representative (CXR) to join our team at careerzynith. As a CXR, you'll play a vital role in providing superior, friendly, and efficient transactions to our customers, ensuring a positive experience that exceeds their expectations.   • *Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Experience Representative at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:

  • **Meet and Greet Customers**: Welcome customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, setting the tone for a positive experience.
  • **Provide Superior Customer Service**: Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services, including offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment.
  • **Offer Additional Customer Assistance**: Provide directions, maps, local area information, and service information to ensure customers have a seamless experience.
  • **Answer Incoming Calls**: Respond to reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and vendors.
  • **Place Outgoing Calls**: Manage callback requests and make miscellaneous calls as assigned.
  • **Assess Rental Condition**: Verify the condition of rental vehicles upon return and notify management of any issues.
  • **Notify Management**: Inform management of any known customer or vehicle problems, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing disruptions.
  • **Continuously Develop Skills**: Pursue on-the-job training, development opportunities, and company-sponsored classroom training to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • *Qualifications:**

To succeed as a Customer Experience Representative at careerzynith, you'll need:

  • **Age Requirement**: Be at least 18 years old.
  • **Education**: Hold a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • **Customer Service Experience**: Possess a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
  • **Valid Driver's License**: Have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record in the past 3 years.
  • **Work Authorization**: Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • **Availability**: Be able to work the following shifts/schedules:
  • + Sunday: 4:00pm - 12:00am+ Wednesday: 4:00pm - 12:00am+ Thursday: 4:00pm - 12:00am+ Friday: 4:00pm - 12:00am+ Saturday: 4:00pm - 12:00am+ OR+ Sunday: 4:00pm - 12:00am+ Monday: 4:00pm - 12:00am+ Thursday: 4:00pm - 12:00am+ Friday: 4:00pm - 12:00am+ Saturday: 4:00pm - 12:00am
