- *Responsibilities**
As a Concierge Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' lives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to telephone and email inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Negotiating with providers to gain acceptance for plans without network agreements and/or out of network providers
- Assisting customers with benefits and healthcare questions, providing clear and concise information
- Documenting all calls received in our system-based call log
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to provide expert guidance to customers
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- *Requirements and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, with 2 years of college or higher education preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments, preferably in a healthcare-related role
- Medical intake or Third-Party Administrator (TPA) experience is a plus
- Bilingual English-Spanish skills are a plus
- Strong customer relations, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, with strong computer skills and navigation
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Knowledge of provider organizations and networks
- Understanding of CMS Medicare reimbursement rates
- Ability to negotiate rate structures and resolve complex issues
- Independent judgment and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to multi-task and anticipate potential needs/problems
- Medical terminology knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in claim processing, insurance verification, or pre-certification
- Understanding of Self-Funded health benefits
- Provider office/facility billing department or financial area experience
- *Work Environment and Physical Demands**
This position is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home office. You'll need to have a dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection and standard office equipment. The role requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer, with hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment.

careerzynith offers a competitive salary range of $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
