As a Medical Record/Data Entry Clerk/Project Support Associate, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Revenue Recovery Department, working closely with a team of registered nurses, coding professionals, and billing specialists to ensure our clients receive the reimbursement they deserve. This is a hybrid role, with a mix of remote and in-office work, offering the perfect blend of flexibility and collaboration.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Project associate-related duties, including:
  • + Retrieving patient medical records from various hospital systems+ Generating and preparing patient itemized bills in appropriate formats for internal and external audits+ Extracting and entering necessary information from/to hospital patient accounting systems+ Making phone calls to post-acute healthcare facilities to obtain information needed on patients+ Running and creating reports+ Assisting with any other information gathering or data entry as needed by the recovery team+ Scanning and indexing of documents
  • Data entry and medical record management, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaboration with the revenue recovery team to identify and resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance client satisfaction
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
