We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for account creation, claims online portal registration, and processing claims online portal tickets using ServiceNow and CyberArk. With a minimum of 10 tickets per day, you will also help manage the backlog and process new tickets that come through. - 2 years of account creation experience
- 2 years of customer service and IT help desk experience
