As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients in Florida and Texas. Your primary duties will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
